LoMastro Performing Arts Academy ('LoMastro,' 'we') respects the privacy of our students and families. This policy explains what we collect on lomastro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect.
When you request class information, tuition information, a trial class, or enrollment help, or when you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and your child's name and age or birthday. We may also collect anything you choose to tell us in a message.
2. How we use it.
To answer your questions, send the tuition or class information you request, help you choose and enroll in classes, send studio communications you have agreed to, run our programs and events, and improve our website.
3. Who handles it.
We use trusted service providers to run our studio, such as our enrollment and billing system, our customer-communication and text-messaging system, email, and website hosting. They may handle your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Children's information.
Our website is meant for parents and guardians. We collect information about children only from a parent or guardian, and use it only to serve that family. To review or delete your child's information, contact us.
5. Reviews.
Reviews shown on our site are public Google reviews, displayed as posted by the reviewer.
6. Keeping and protecting information.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No online system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of emails (unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP), by contacting us below.
8. Text Messaging (SMS).
If you choose to receive text messages from LoMastro Performing Arts Academy, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive texts. We use your number only to send messages about classes, enrollment, scheduling, events and studio updates, and to reply to your questions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver our text messages, and only for that purpose. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
