Learn how our research-based programs foster critical development in children through dance, music, and play. Caregivers will delight in watching their little one's curiosity and joy while making friends and socializing with others.
Grown-Up & Me Classes
Wonderful 1s, 12 to 23 months, with caregiver
Your new walker is ready to explore! This playful mix of music, movement, and discovery builds balance, body awareness, and early social skills, with you right by their side. Incorporates elements of the Intellidance® Method.
Dancing Tots, 18 to 35 months, with caregiver
Bounce, gallop, hop, and sing together! Songs, rhymes, instruments, and props turn big toddler energy into rhythm, coordination, and first dance steps. Incorporates elements of the Intellidance® Method.
Tumble Tots, 18 to 35 months, with caregiver
A playful first step into tumbling! Together, you'll roll, climb, balance, and bounce through soft shapes, mats, and hoops designed just for little bodies. Your tot builds coordination, confidence, and early gymnastics skills while you enjoy every "I did it!" moment up close.
All Grown-Up & Me classes are offered as sessional classes rather than full academic-year enrollment, so you can join for a session at a time.
What's next
As children grow, many move from Grown-Up & Me into independent early childhood classes such as Pre-Ballet & Tap I, Twirl and Tumble, and Lil Ninja.

I absolutely love taking my 2 year old to his favorite weekly dance class called Dancing Tykes. This mommy and me class is fun, interactive, and a great way to meet new friends. The instructor, Miss Lila is incredible- she makes sure everyone is having fun. I highly recommend trying this class with your little one!

LoMastro Performing Arts Academy is an excellent dance school. My two daughters are currently attending, and due to their school and other activities, it's been challenging to find the right times. However, I've had many discussions with the academy staff, and they’ve been incredibly helpful in finding us suitable class times. Even when certain times weren’t available, they made every effort to accommodate our schedule as best as possible. Also, when I looked into other dance schools, it was nearly impossible to start in November or December. But here, we just discuss with the staff, and they find an available time for us, allowing my child to start right when she wants to. We actually began in December, and there was a class available, so the staff and teachers helped girls start happily. It’s been a wonderful experience for us, and my girls been enjoying their time there immensely. The academy offers a wide range of classes, and the teachers are fantastic. My two daughters are currently attending, and they’re both enjoying it immensely. We love LoMastro Performing Arts Academy , highly recommend it.

Both of my girls have taken classes at LoMastro and love it! My youngest has been in their dance company for two years, and it is the only activity she is always excited to attend. My oldest participated in their musical theater production last year and had an amazing experience. I also have endless questions, and Miss Sam is always very patient and helpful!

I have had my 4 daughters at Lomastro for the last 10+ years and it has become a second home to them. A safe and friendly environment with great results. We started with mom and tot classes and evolved to pointe ballet classes. Many years of Nutcrackers, recitals and competitions with friends who became family.
