Take movement to new heights! In Aerial Arts, students learn to climb, wrap, balance, and pose on suspended fabric, building strength, flexibility, and body awareness along the way. No dance experience is needed, so this class is a perfect fit for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Our program follows the Aerial Arts curriculum, a progressive syllabus developed with experienced aerial instructors, physical therapists, and circus arts professionals. Every class is built on a foundation of safety, proper technique, and healthy movement, so students grow their skills step by step with confidence.
With just ten students per class, every student receives focused, individual attention from their instructor. Aerial Arts is a wonderful complement to dance and acro training, and a fun, empowering challenge for anyone ready to try something new.
